MEETING FORMAT

Each peer group meets for two days. Meetings are either Monday & Tuesday or Thursday & Friday to allow members to take advantage of Saturday night stays or to extend their time at the location.

An “Open Forum” is held at the end of the first day. Members from all groups in attendance get together to discuss issues and opportunities. There is no agenda. The issues discussed are those raised by the members in attendance.

Optional sessions, often provided by vendors, are offered on Wednesday mornings. Topics for past optional sessions are listed on the “Past Topics” page.

All Bank CEO Network activities, including off-site activities, are structured for casual attire. 

A typical meeting agenda is shown below.

 First Day

   7:30 am - Buffet Breakfast

   8:30 am - First Session

   11:45 am - Lunch

   1:00 pm - Second Session

   4:15 pm - Open Forum

   6:00 pm - Reception for Members & Spouses/Guests

   6:30 pm - Leave for Optional Group Dinner

 Second Day

   7:00 am - Buffet Breakfast

   8:00 am - First Session

  11:15 am - Lunch

  12:15 pm - Second Session

   3:30 pm - Adjourn

An optional group dinner for members and guests/spouses is scheduled for the evening of the first day. Many members find this is a great opportunity to socialize with other members and spouses while enjoying a good meal.
